I love it! I tried it because it is in the same plaza as where i work and it is the best decision i have made. It is an amazing work out and the staff is just as amazing!. They are friendly, they listen to your needs and goals and most importantly: they care. Def worth going to, especially when you don't have time/energy to go to the gym for 1-2 hours, just 20 mins feels like you have worked out for a lot longer without creating a huge dent in your day or irritating old injuries which prevent you from the traditional work out.
